We are an independent nursery based in Hertfordshire, growing all our own plants. We dispatch plants via UPS next day delivery, usually on a Monday & Tuesday. If there are either extremely hot or cold weather conditions prevalent, your order may be delayed until temperatures return to something less stressful for the plants.
We accept payments on the web site through PayPal. PayPal are a secure, easy and quick method to purchase over the web. We are fully registered and are verified with this company and have used it to buy things for ourselves and fully trust the service it provides.
If you would rather not use your card over the internet you can email us or give us a phone call with your order and send a cheque. On receipt of the cheque we will then despatch your order. If sending a cheque please include your full name and address for shipping purposes.
Alternatively you can email us or give us a call and then we will take them to one of the Garden Shows we attend for you to collect.
Our website is always being updated and we have more plants available than are currently listed, therefore if there is something specific you are after, please do not hesitate to contact us as we may have it!
All descriptions and photographs on this website are accurate in our experience, however heights and flower colouration can vary given different growing conditions.
Stock levels can change very quickly in the height of the season and, whilst we endeavor to update the website quickly, there will inevitably be unfortunate occasions where plants ordered via the website are already out of stock. Unless you have specifically asked for substitutes the cost any unavailable plants will be refunded to you via PayPal
Please note that we can only accept amendments to an order within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Your plants will be sent out in full growth in exactly the same condition as they are sold on our Nursery. However, during the growing season, it may be necessary for some plants to be cut back.  Plants with tall stems and lots of foliage may lose a great deal of water in transit and cutting back helps reduce this stress.  Cutting back will not harm your plants but will help in their establishment by promoting new root and shoot growth once planted.
Pot sizes of the plants sent will depend on the time of year and the plants requirements at that time. Pot sizes are specified for each individual plant under their descriptions.
