Welcome to the Daisy Roots Online Shop 

The plants listed in the following pages represent just a fraction of our full range. Many more plants are propagated in small numbers and are not offered for mail order, but are available at the nursery.

Ordering

We supply strong, healthy plants in pot sizes ranging from 9 cm to  2 litre, depending on species and time of year.

Simply browse the online shop from the A-Z menu on the right of the screen and add the plants you would like to the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection click on checkout and follow the instructions.

If you do not wish to use Paypal to make payment, you can print out the list in the shopping cart and send us a cheque for the balance, along with your name and address and contact phone number. Or you can email us your requirements and give us your credit or debit card details over the phone.

Postage and Packing

We post plants to all of mainland UK. Customers living outside this area should contact the nursery for delivery charges.

There is no minimum order but a postage charge of £8.50 applies to all orders up to £50. For orders over £50 please contact nursery

Availability

We endeavor to keep stock availability in the online shop up to date but at certain times of year we are very busy on the nursery or away at shows.

If you order plants that are out of stock, we will contact you and advise you when they should be available once more. If you don't wish to wait your money will be refunded.

We do not dispatch plants during periods of extreme weather e.g.very hot or very cold

Complaints

We take every care to package our plants very carefully. If, however, they are damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by phone or email and return them to us for a full refund.

Any other complaints must be made within 3 weeks of receipt. We cannot except responsibility for the failure of plants due to weather conditions, planting conditions or incorrect treatment thereafter.
