Mail Order

Ordering. We only despatch plants by mail order from October - March. To order please supply the following information by post or email. The minimum order is 5 plants.

	Your address & postcode
	The delivery address ( it makes life much easier to give an address likely to be attended, like your place of work)
	Your phone number
	A list of the plants you require

Postage & Packing. We send parcels by Royal Mail standard service which usually takes up to 3 days. We despatch on Mondays in an effort to prevent plants from getting stuck in the postal system over the weekend.

	Parcels up to 10kg - £12.50
	Parcels of 10-20kg - £21.00

Generally we can pack 16 perennial plants with the 10kg weight, depending on pots size available.

Payment. We accept credit cards. To pay by credit card please telephone 07958 563355 or post send details by post( card number, expiry date and security number) Do not send card details by email.

Please make cheques payable to Daisy Roots. We cannot guarantee to have all plants in stock at any given time. With this in mind, please send a signed, but open cheque with a sum NOT TO EXCEED written across the cheque. Leave the £ box blank. We will advise the exact amount when we despatch your plants.

Guarantee We guarantee all our plants to be in good condition when they leave us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 48hours of receipt so that we, in turn, can deal with your complaint promptly.
